Got Stuck In Pregame Rooftop

My pc crashed while loading, when my team ran out of pauses and I came back I spawned back on the rooftop in pregame lobby. I eventually decided to run off and spawned back into the map inside the teleporter. I was stuck inside the teleporter until the gates finally opened at 8:13 ish. We were pretty far behind but eventually we came back and won.

I experienced this as well. I later found out i should have accessed the menu to kill myself or reset hero rather than jump off the map, but once you're trapped in the teleporter the reset and suicide buttons don't work any more. Thankfully the opposite team were kind enough to kill me, and then let me make up the souls difference.

Still, it seems like jumping off the world should just respawn you in base rather than than stick you in the teleporter trap.

I should add, in my case I got caught on the rooftop because the game froze while i was joining the lobby.

The game often has the top portion cut off when i alt-tab, so I had changed the video settings to reapply the native resolution. That usually works, but sometimes it freezes the game I need to restart the Gnome Display Manager. In this case when restarted gnome and rejoined the game, i loaded back into the lobby on the rooftop.
