Got stuck above a building and can see through it after using Flying Cloak

I used Flying Cloak, followed by Enchanter's Satchel and then procced Flying Cloak and I ended up here.

Same thing happened to me.

Same happened with a car.

Got stuck in a base wall, fell through the map
Also near base zipline, could see everyone below me but not interact until tping out
