Got kicked from queue for being idle but I wasn't idle

I was kicked from queue for being idle but I was just on the desktop and tabbed in/out 2-3 times to check if I somehow missed a game being found.

Started queueing at about 7:08 (UTC) on EU servers with 5 heroes selected, asked on discord at 07:15 (UTC) if there's an issue with MM.
Got removed from queue for being idle too long about 3 mins later (~10min total).
Started queueing again and found a game within 5 seconds.

Just happened again 11:20 (UTC) on EU - why are my queue times so long that I get kicked from MM?
Found a match within 1 minute after queueing again.
