Got kicked can't rejoin

Hello,

Me and friend started a game, we got only the time to go to our lane for the first time that game lag / freeze and kicked us. Getting back to the lobby with a rejoin option, tried that multiple time but after a quick loading the game just put us back to the lobby again.

We had to abandon, I would like to not have a penalty as it was not our fault lol
