Got into the eternal lobby selection with low priority

Hello everyone, I had a strange error after receiving a low priority matchmaking - after playing more than 5 games, the game still tells me that I have to play 1 game with a low priority - but it does not go away - can someone help?


the players i play with say they don't have low priority anymore but i still see i need to play 1 game IN THIS LOW PRIORITY
