Got banned for leaving spectate while waiting for a game to be found

Put myself in que for a game then went to spectate one of the featured matches and when I wanted to stop watching cause I was getting suspicious that I was not actually searching for a game, I pressed leave spectate and i got a warning about abandoning game, so i waited a bit but no game and then decided to leave and got banned.

You can try exiting game instead of abandon. When you re-launch you should be able to join the real game
