Yeah, it's a fully automated system, with barely any actual automation besides "if enough people click the button, ban this guy".
Which means you can get banned for any or no reason at all, if enough people want.
The system is completely ineffective and easily abused, and the game's probably not worth playing until they fix it.

GG EZ is insulting. This isn't DOTA 2. Don't say it. The forums are full of people saying that they were also banned for it, so hopefully people stop using it.
