So I could play just fine yesterday but suddenly this message shows up, I relaunched and restarted steam, completely reinstalled the game and still have no way to get in a game without the error showing up. Any help on a fix? I play dota just fine with 0 issues, it seems to be just a deadlock thing
This is a rare bug, so far no one has even identified the problem. It's probably a problem on your side. Try to find some ways to fix it. Call the provider, look at the exceptions in the firewall, and so on.
Whenever I try and play a bot match, try the third stage of the tutorial, view a live match, or queue for the multiplayer, this error pops up.
I've tried restarting my PC, using a different wifi USB reciever, using my phone to hotspot my computer, redownloading, restarting my PC, and verifying files. Still doesn't work.
One thing of note is that my PC seems to have general issues with connecting to some online services (Ubisoft Connect, Halo Infinite etc) so it's probably partially a network issue on my end, but i can play other Valve games such as Dota 2 just fine so I'm...
When trying to queue, start a bot match, spectate, etc., I receive the error: "You are not currently signed in or the Deadlock Network is unable to determine your current connectivity to our servers"
I was playing bot matches yesterday morning just fine (prior to queues opening), and now I get this error when trying to do anything except sandbox mode. I cannot even do the training modes.
Things I've tried:
- restarting steam
- signing out of steam and then back in
- verifying integrity of game files
- restarting windows
- changing wifi networks
- checking firewall (Deadlock is allowed)
