got a Temporary ban for no good reason Because of pak bug

i just got a pak File corrupted problem mid game and had to reinstall deadlock. here's the match code 33132232.
this problem needs to get fix soon as Possible. may i ask for a ban Reset if it's ok. the game is good but this pak . vpk street Corrupted file need a fix.
My Recommendation is to fix this issue by: If you start up the game you don't need to redownload files.

Annoyingly the same thing is happening to me - before I could get back in time but now sometimes the Safe to Abandon note comes up and I then get banned after the match is over.
