Good qol change to item usage (quick self cast)

It looks like i solve big problem with self cast items in game. Listen: it is a HUGE problem when you need to really FAST cast divine barrier or healing rite on yourself or other items like this, so you need to press alternative cast button + item button (it is the fastest way right now, bc for example double tapping item button has small delay), it is not as comfortable as pressing just item button but it is the way. BUT guys IMAGINE we have option in settings like "switch alt cast mode" so by pressing item key it will be cast on yourself and if you need to save your teammate you will press alternative key + item key. BOOOM! Huge qol change that requires almost anything from devs

I agree, self cast takes way too long. How about if you Double click the button twice it auto self casts. I think this would be perfect.

They should just to remove delay on double click self cast

This is actually a great suggestion but it needs to be per-item. E.g. I almost always cast Rite on myself but Rescue Beam on other people.

I'd also say this should be an option for some abilities. Usually when I Quantum Entanglement I want to bring anyone around me with me. It would be better if alt-cast meant only QE myself.
