Inspired by Timbersaw's noided behavior and Techies Visual Design and because I just watched the move Fury
Talks to himself a lot, His ghost squadron might be real ghosts or he might be using his magic to conjure illusions. VA lines often contradicting both theories
Basic weapon is the Tank cannon, single shot
Tank must look like a turtle shell (shell shocked get it?) <---THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT PART
Abilities
Smokescreen: Surrounds the tank in a smoke cloud, enemies inside are disarmed
Anti-Self Mine: Drops an AT mine that damages enemies, can run over to detonate throwing you into the air and stunning enemies on landing
Shellshocked: Passive, increases movespeed when hit with weapon damage. Stacks, gains a stack per unique weapon. gain attack speed at 3 stacks
Ultimate: Your dead squad pops out as ghosts with more guns
