Glitch or Exploit...cant tell-Match ID is 23,230

was in a game and mid match, the teams swapped sides/heroes and everyone had a mass disconnect. I was playing as Greyowl, then was swapped to Geist, only for everyone to disconnect. First screenshot is me being switched to Geist and 2nd is the full DC. Note the movement on Geist too was definitely bugged/noclipped.
Match ID is 23,230
