Since there are some items in the game wich give similar effects as some of the heroes innate habilities, I think It would be a great idea to add one similar to haze's "smoke bomb". This could be and active item an It will give you temporary invisibility and could be attached to weapon slot.
Resume of the item:
Cost:1000
CD:45 secs
Pros:
-Grants you temporary invisibility when triggered by 7 secs
-increased 10 % base bonus speed when triggered by 7 secs
Cons:
-Reduced base speed by 5%
-shooting or using and active item while triggering glimmer veil will break invisibility and temporary bonus speed
Due its low cost I think this item would be really useful on early stages of the game helping heroes to gank/help other lanes
