Give Viscous ult a broader function

Simple pangolier ult from dota is often lackluster in later game fights where viscous can be easily interrupted. I envision something like 1st skill's slowing goo stain as a trail or a splatter on each collision with the environment that could allow allies to sprint faster or extend slide. This gives his team an option to follow him to escape or join the chase.
Perhaps the direct impact on heroes could deal physical damage and count as a punch while jump landings and wall collisions could do small aoe spirit damage that scales with velocity.
