Give every Hero a Unique Right Click Fire, but you have to buy an item to use it - Like Aghanim's Scepter

That would be cool if every character had their own right click fire, like yamato/shiv/slimey, but to get the right click fire you have to buy an item that unlocks it.
I know that would probably be a lot of work, and I imagine we will see a lot more character unique stuff coming later down the road, but I thought it was a cool idea. Aghanim's scepter is a really cool idea, and I hope we see something like it in this game, not just for ults but possibly just modifying the hero in a hero-specific unique way.

I think this is an interesting way to implement the idea "Aganim's Scepter" concept into Deadlock. I've seen more than 1 idea for the concept (I made one myself) and adding an Alt fire (Or modifying the existing Alt fire modes for those who already have them) via a special item could be really cool.
