A Punch item that lets you charge your punches even longer. Maybe it could do a big AOE explosion / slow at full charge, would be sick for jungling. Have it build out of melee charge so there's a punch build path in the weapon tree.
Maybe make it work like Donkey Kong's punch in smash brothers where you can charge the big punch and then save it for later. You'd take cover in lane and reload your punch instead of your gun! It'd be really fun!
