Not sure if others are running into this one, but I got stuck on a building sign near a zipline early in this match. Jumping let me get unstuck, so there wasn't a need to use unstuck or suicide tool.
I had this happen as well, in a sandbox battle. Seems to be a few spots where this is possible - this was near the Grenich walker. If you are up on the bridge in the doorway, and try to get on the zipline after jumping, it ends up being very reproduceable;
