I was playing geist and got four items round one

first round
first choice enhanced extra spirit
second choice enchanced improve spirit plus mystic burst
third choice enhanced boundless spirit plus extra regen and enchanters emblem
Now have mystic burst, extra regen, enchanters emblem and enhanced boundless spirit.
I got extra regen on top of enchanters emblem when upgrading from improved spirit despite already getting mystic burst from upgrading extra spirit to enchanced spirit in the previous choice.
I think this isn't intended sorry if I'm mistaken
