Getting comm banned (again) for saying/typing absolutely nothing the whole match please fix the report system it's heavily abused by bad actors

I was comm banned (again) literally my first match of the day on a Street Brawl no one comms on casual mode or say anything only to find myself getting comm banned (again) for absolutely no reason and my only assumption I got mass reported (again)

I hope they make it so that there is no mic / chat ban.

All you need to do is mute toxic people.
Its that simple.

I know this is controversial but I enjoy it when people are arguing in voice chat. It makes playing the game more than just a video game. ❤

it's really frustrating because now most people don't even try to comm anymore or say anything at all out of fear of getting comm banned but now I found out even if you don't say anything at all you will still get comm banned by mass reports

I still don't understand why they took CS2 report system that is clearly being heavily abused by bad actors, cheaters and bots and just copy pasted it into Deadlock expecting different results

the report system is completely flawed, i got a report ban for reporting someone saying slurs but mispelled like "ngr" but i didn't notice i had it until after the game, hoping i get another report ban so i can clip it to show how the system reacts to valid reports

Yeah the system looks like it's issue restrictions and bans based on the amount of reports if a pre made team decided to mass report a single person on the enemy team they will 100% guarantee to get him restricted

It's the same system in CS2 copy and pasted just wait until bots arrive to Deadlock like in CS2 it will be the same sh!t show in CS2 with bot mass reports giving you a globe mute, lowering your trust factors or giving you matchmaking cool downs

I already know my trust factor is cooked in Deadlock because of this because in every match after this mute now almost all my teammates are Russians for some weird reason Valve's idea of low trust factor is banishing you to the Russian servers lol

Which actually not that bad really unironically they less toxic (until now at least) and much easy to play against them than the no life sweat lords you meet in EU and MENA lobbies only downside they only speak Russian and being muted I can't even try to comm with them

Because of that thing in some games where stacks can just 6 man report someone and get an instant ban which would have explained why they can do that

That is my whole argument on why this system is so broken and abused right now why even bother with comm reports and bans when we already have a mute feature maybe even add a block feature like in some other games where you can just block players you don't want to engage with again in future matches

The system is so abused most players stop communicating at all in fear of getting comm banned and affecting their trust factor even when you shut up and don't say anything at all the whole match they still abuse the system and mass report you if you did good in that match

Right now I been wrongfully comm banned twice assuming it's from mass reports of losers and I can tell my trust factor is nuked right now because low trust factor mean getting banished to the Russian servers according to Valve and most of the players I play with and against now are mainly Russians tbh I am not complaining about that Russian servers they are more easy than the sweaty EU and MENA servers I am just frustrated on the fact that the tool they made to supposedly stop bad actors in fact is abused by the bad actors

You know what is funny that Street Browl match I got comm banned after the Seven on my team actually typed the N word with a hard R 3 times and I am 100% sure he didn't get comm banned for it I have the match ID but replaying it doesn't show any chat messages unfortunately
