I was permanently stuck in the fat goo form, making it very difficult to see anything and borderline impossible to aim any punches. It happened after the first time I cased my ult in the match. It went away a couple of times, at the end of an ult cast, but for the majority of the game, regardless if I'd ult again, die and respawn or ult and immediately cancel it, I would still be stuck in this form :

Also, while dead and waiting for respawn, my body would just be a spinning goo ball
