Game was stuck in the lobby and didn't start.

When joining a public match I was put into a lobby where there was one player slot missing. I'm not sure if someone disconnected right as it started or there was never a slot available. after a few minutes the game kicked me and brought me back to the main menu. No match Id was created for this public match but this happened on august 5th.

I had the same problem, I was in matchmaking for a public bot match, and the 6th player was found. Almost immediately (while on the countdown), the player disconnected from the match. The disconnection icon was shown for a bit on the 6th player, and then disappeared. I think the countdown ended as usual, we were just stuck in the starting positions and had to leave the game, as there was no indication of a new search for a player. There was no match ID for me either.

SAME just happened to me exactly like this! It said the game was waiting on me, like the left of the screenshot, but I'm right here??
