Game unplayable in the end game part (when many abilities are being used).

Game becomes unplayable when many characters are using abilities or items.
FPS and ping are good and server CPU also revolves around 60-80% peak. but the game still jitters and lags

Also, the game worked perfectly before an update few days ago

Been having the same issue with the same gpu. Had no fps problems up until the 9/29 update.
