Game suddenly got really laggy, ping and FPS stable

Right when I open the shop in this video the game starts lagging like crazy, even though the FPS and ping remained stable. I tried restarting the game and it stayed the same. I even took a packet loss test to see if there was something wrong with my connection but it looks fine. Match ID 19008524

Same thing happened to my game. Closing the game from steam and reopening/rejoining did not fix the issue.

Same problem, other players reported my mic was dropping in and out as well. Constantly dropping packets doing anything from rolling to melee to killing minions. Everything seemed to either be a half second behind and very skippy.
