Game stutters randomly

My problem started happening 2 days ago and last night. It was really bad 2 days ago but the next day it was running fine until late game. My fps doesn’t go down and my ping seems fine. Footage is from 08/06/24.
I don’t think it’s my hardware. Changing settings to the lowest still gave me stutters.

Had similar issues. My guess is, that they put us into servers together with people from other parts of the world. When I was playing late in the night I had these issues, while when I was playing during the day I hadn't. It would make sense, that they put people together, even when the are not in the same continent to fill games. Has happend in different games before.

if you notice at the bottom right corner of the screen, a red dot lights up.... I think that usually implies there is some form of rubber banding issues happening. I'd recommend you open the console, usually when I get with this issue it's something along the lines of "server tick and client tick mismatch, slamming....". I am also trying to get to the bottom of this issue, but for me it usually tends to happen during times of high contention (Sunday nights for example) which leads me to believe either Valve servers are overwhelmed or our internet providers are trash during these times... Some transparency for diagnosing these kind of network issues would be nice. Because the ping value doesn't seem outrageous....

Edit: however it seems like variability in your ping goes up and down aggressively.
