My PC shut down cuz of power issues, on game restart and rejoin for a few minutes there is extreme amounts of stutter - the character model stutters so badly that its borderline unplayable - The framerate is fine at this moment btw. This happens for a few minutes and gets automatically fixed. This has happened every time I have had power issues and my PC got forcibly shut down So a total of 2-3 times. One of the latest Match ID : 14671382 I am not sure about when it happens but its pretty early on, I would say about 10-12 minutes in.
