game starts lagging after 2-3 games until restarted

I usually play 2-3 games normally and then it starts freezing for ~250ms (like in console log) and as soon as I restart the game even mid match those errors don't appear anymore

I found out that disabling MBOIT fixed the issue. I disabled it midgame and game stopped freezing

Update: seems like MBOIT itself doesn't have impact on lagging, looks like some cache is invalidated when you update graphics settings and it fixes stuttering for some time

bumping this because i've been having this issue for months now and mboit is no longer an option in the settings, or if it is it has moved . dunno what to do!!
