when the match started one player had not loaded in on our team, this lead to a fight in the pregame lobby followed by a game with no health or souls on HUD and one team being a player down. Match ID: 2573372

Same here today.
One person did not load, and the game started anyway in a pretty broken state.
We were able to move and fight in the lobby area, whoever died respawned in the normal map. Game progression worked normally but we had no HP bar, no minimap and no lane shops available. The game was not safe to leave at any point, or the safe to leave alert was bugged as well. People started leaving anyway since it was pretty confusing.
We won, the stats at the end of the match showed 0 for everyone.
