When attempting to launch the game on a lower end PC, the game softlocks on this screen, which I'm assuming is meant to be the main menu where options are presented. I am still able to move the cursor around on this screen, as well as minimize and maximize the game window. Starting up the game works fine, but it does take up most of my CPU and is installed on an external hard drive. My computers specs are included in an attached .txt file.
