Game says will not be scored but shows a loss

Twice now someone left at the start of the game, and it says the game won't be scored, safe to leave.

But then later it shows as a loss in my match history.

Like what the hell? It should at least be grey or orange if it's not scored, or just not shown at all. I don't wanna see more red games than I need to.

It also begs the question if it's actually not scored (mmr change). How do we know when it looks like a normal game in match history.

In my experience if one team stays and finishes off the patron after everyone has left which it seems the haze did then it counts regardless that everyone left except one person.

For it to not count I believe everyone has to leave after it's safe to do so.

Though I may be wrong.
