Game runs at 10-20 fps/Small white lines sometimes appear on quadro p5000

The quadro p5000 is a gpu used in cloud pcs that are equivalent to a gtx 1080 in terms of performance, but it seems like this game is very unoptimized on quadro gpus, with white lines flickering accross the screen, the fps being low no matter the graphics settings, and it only happens on player matches, it does not happen on sandbox mode (60-80fps on max settings)

The Nvidia Quadro line of GPU's are mainly meant for professional computing (e.g. Blender,) so I wouldn't expect a fix for this anytime soon on this particular GPU.

Adding onto your poorly optimized comment, the game runs quite fine for me, but I occasionally have severe frame drops into the 15s-20s when the game otherwise runs completely stable.
I have a i5-9400F for the CPU and a GTX 1660 for my GPU.
