Game resets my F4 hotkey after every update

I have changed my F4 key to open the shop, and removed the F4 key from "spectate teammate 3", but it seems every time the game updates, I enter the game and get the "you have two hotkeys on the same key" message, today was about the fourth time I had to manually remove the "spectate teammate 3" button.
Just saying that all my custom hotkeys are still saved! it just for some reason resets the spectate teammate button that I removed.
