Game randomly starts frequent fps drops, sometimes since the very beginning (video links included)

After two days ago, sometimes the game randomly starts to drop significant fps for no reason. It's not an issue in hardware, nor is it a late game issue, sometimes it happens sometimes it doesn't.

Most recently, it was so bad that it froze at the very beginning of the game and force kicked me from the match:

I think a possible culprit for the issue is someone leaving the game and joining back
