Game randomly drops FPS randomly

Twice now during team fights at the patron, my frames will go from 120 - 18 for seemingly no reason. It was patron fights both time and viscous may have been present for both. Can't tell what's causing it, Game runs perfectly 99% of the time otherwise

I've experienced this as well and it seems to always happen when someone dies then goes away when they respawn.
Doesn't appear to be any particlar character but its difficult to test since it seems to only happen during big fights.

I want to add that it doesn’t get fixed after the fight is over, it persists for a long time even if no fights are happening
