It will just hang indefinitely with "not responding" in the taskmanager, and it won't show up as a window, its black when hovered over on the bar, but when opened doesn't show anything and has full clickthrough (or just doesn't maximalize?) Win 10. (I also tried moving it to an alternate desktop window, which didn't fix it. )
