Game locks when game spectating stops and then alt-tab out of game

While spectating a game, all the heroes stopped like I had disconnected. I pressed escape and spectated another game.

Same thing, after a few mins all the heroes stop moving like I disconnected. This time I alt-tabbed to use Chrome on my second monitor. When returning to the game on my primary monitor, the UI was stacking on top of its self and when i pressed escape i did not see a screen to expit or close the game.

Had to ctrl-alt-del and stop process to close it.

Happened again. Ever match so far I spectate, the heroes stop moving after a few mins, and if I alt-tab out of the game after this happens, the UI gets wonky and there's no way to go back to the main screen or close the game.

happened to me very recently, i was spectating a match, it appeared that the replay was dying skipping around before my game crashed
