Game launching in windowed mode


Upon launching the game, it starts only in small windowed mode, and if I change any settings (native res, disable bloom, etc.) and relaunch the game, it won't save. If I change the API from Vulkan to DX, it will launch fullscreen and keep my settings, but if I switch back, settings will be reset. This behavior started not so long ago.

Fixed this issue. Due to the NVIDIA 565.90 driver update, the Vulkan API library was removed from my PC somehow, and I had to fully reinstall it in order to work.
