Game is safe to leave at end of round even when noone has left

Recently (today and yesterday) I have gotten the message at the end of my games, that the game is safe to leave but nobody left the game yet.
Either players have disconnected, in this case - show the message that a player has left.
Or this is a bug and nobody abandoned.
