Game is broken after reinstalling Microsoft Visual C+++

I recently purchased a game on steam which prompted a repair or uninstall for Microsoft visual C++ 2010. I accidentally uninstalled it, I then reinstalled it but afterwards Deadlock started performing terribly and is unplayable. Other games are fine, I rolled back my GPU drivers and still seeing the same. Reinstalled Deadlock and no results. Any help?

Apparently running the game using Vulkan as the api was not the move. Swapped to DX11 and I'm joining a game now.
