Game incredibly jittery and crashing. Server problem?

began the match, movement was very jittery and some rubberbanding at 60-70 ping, so not a connection problem.
reset the game which fixed it and then the game crashed- when i rejoined everything got super jittery, dash animation broke, shooting was non-functional and couldn't properly use abilities. Tried to reset the game again, didn't work so i had to abandon.

it's a server problem. it has been happening since the last update.
