Game "hot froze™"

While playing I think my network connection dropped for a couple seconds. then my game froze for a couple of seconds and then it resumed like how in the video but I couldn't see myself or others move. however, I could see them shoot take damage and activate my own ability's.

I had to restart my game to fix it was the first thing I tried so I don't know if there are other fixes
I restarted my game by ending the task for deadlock

is there a console command like "retry" form source 1 games that I can use to reconnect to the game for this bug

this is a thing that happens to me a lot also (deadlock particularly doesn't play nice with my spotty internet connection). a retry button would be much appreciated
