Game freezing on menu for person invited

Hey all, new to the forum so forgive me if it is the wrong place to ask, but recently I gave an invite to my girlfriend and she downloaded the game only for it to freeze constantly on her in the menu. Sometimes it is when the intro animation starts, sometimes when she is browsing the settings menu. We both play on EndeavourOS and have similar set ups, however, I can play completely fine while she cannot. I've tried looking around on other forums but nothing is helping. I've got two separate proton log files here, one from freezing in the settings menu and one freezing on the screen. Other information to include involves already checking the vmap memory (Already high enough, exactly the same as mine) and the sound keeps going for her despite the frozen screen. Hopefully someone here has more experience reading proton log files and finding solutions, because most other steam games work completely fine for her.
If a developer is reading this, keep up the good work as well, I'll let you know if I find anything else in game now that I decided to join the forum.
