Game freezing/crashing after todays random 600mb update.

I can't tell if it happens due to multiple people ulting or not, but the game has been freezing for multiple seconds at a time or just outright crashing since then. Not sure what I can do to fix it?

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060
32gb RAM
Intel Core i7=14700f
