Game freezes when an animation plays for the first time (AMD related probably)

My specs:
Radeon RX 6650 XT
Ryzen 5600

So this issue happens in all source 2 games for me (cs2 worked fine until they updated smokes to have shadows), but it didn't happen in deadlock until the last update (or the update before, not sure)
I assume it's related to my amd gpu, really annoying honestly, for a while I thought deadlock wouldn't have this issue and now it's here as well

After a new mini-patch it seems like the issue disappeared for now

i fix the problem delete the video.txt file in the game folder
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Deadlock\game\citadel\cfg
