Game freezes after 2024/09/12 update

Game stutters and freezes frequently after the last update, even in the home screen. Specs:
Ryzen 5 7600
AMD RX7800XT

Same issue loads of stuttering played about 10 games today since patch and all had stuttering/freezing makes it a bad experience

Does this issue happen in dx11 or vulkan and have you tried switching? Do you see any repeated messages in the console during stuttering?
