Game freeze need restart pc

Hi i ve been playing Deadlock for a few months now. I occasionally get a problem where my game will freeze so bad I cant pull up Task Manager (I have two screens) and alt f4 it. I end up having to restart my whole PC and I've gotten 3 ban timers because of it. i always rejoin the game but as soon as the latest patch hit my PC didn't like it and I got the freeze and had to restart my PC. i couldn't get in the game in time and now I have a 6 hour ban timer.

same shit. this trouble exists from the autumn, but small indi company has not enough resources to finally fix it or they justdont give a shit. faced with this issue in prev game in very responsible moment, ofc i lost. rtx 3060ti, the newest drivers
