Game FPS drops and stays low after big fights.

The game works perfectly well for most of the game but sometimes after a huge fight with lots of effects the game starts lagging (FPS drops to 10 or less, no internet lag) and stays that way. Force-shutting down the game and re-entering fixes the issue.

I'm running 2080 Super but on Intel and haven't experienced such an issue more than once and that was the night from Thursday to Friday when they did a lot of patching.
It could be a result of congestion so don't worry about it, it will get fixed.
