Game Failure to Launch on Vulkan

Game failed to launch when I had the configs set for Vulkan over DX11.

System Specs:
Intel 12700K, not overclocked
Intel Arc A770 LE, not overclocked
-Driver version 31.0.101.5333 (2/21/2024 Build)
32 gigs DDR4 @ 3200
M.2 SSD 980 Pro 1TB
Win 10

Had to go into boot.vcfg to change rendering option. Tried deleting the Vulkan cache and relaunching first, didn't work. It would hover around 1422-1417 MBs of RAM utilization the entire time if launched from project8.exe, but would crash after the Valve logo on launch from Steam. Will do an update to latest drivers for GPU, but those are still 2 weeks old for beta drivers so. I'll update if it fixes any problems.

Also.. very poor performance on the A770, 200+ FPS on min settings, but 4-5 on highest. However, that's almost to be expected with this card, just thought I'd mention.

Update:
The new drivers(32.0.101.5768) seems to have completely resolved my problem. Although performance is unchanged in DX11, Vulkan is improved somewhat.
