Game decides to freeze occasionally during matches.

Lately I have experienced a large amount of brief instances of my screen freezing for 1-2 seconds. Inputs are still handled during this time, but it snaps me ahead however many frames were 'skipped'. Sounds are delayed in these moments as well but the music is uninterrupted.


Multiple matches, such as this one: 21646856

A good example is at around 29 minutes, with the following messages in console around the instance:
