Game crushed 3 times in a match, but never before in 330 hours

The title is self-explanatory. In 304 hours the game hasn't crushed even once.
in the match 19026411 it was crushed 3 times (and we obviously lost, but that's not the point).
Moreover, I can't download its metadata in the client. Very strange.

UPD: I'm on Nvidia, driver 561.09

I had multiple driver crashes which my AMD software said was related to Vulkan since the patch on 9/26. Swapped to DX11 and it hasn't crashed since.
