Game crashing.

So 110 hours in Deadlock, and every game i have 1-4 crashes.
4090 RTX, 13900KF, 32 RAM DDR 5, Z790 MB, Windows 11.
Can i find a log somewhere to put it here? Because i can't find the issue. Drivers are new and there are no any other game that crashes on my PC. I tryed out all the settings from super low to super high. Chenged monitor framerate and FPS in game, resolution, reinstalled the game, gone for vulkan, checked temperature of hardware - nothing works. Amount of crashes is random, not specificly at any sertain point in game, it can crash during the main menu, whats more wierd sometimes it crashes with steam, and it go for reboot it self.
Crash looks like that - game freezing, but boys can hear me in game so i ask for pause. I got alt +tab, steam crash and reboot and then i stop game manualy with steam stop button on game page and start it over, then reconect.

I think I have a similar issue.

167 hours of Deadlock... RTX 4090, Ryzen 7 7800X3D, 64GB DDR5 RAM, AMD B650E Chipset, Windows 11 Pro

The game either crashes the PC entirely - nothing works, monitors go black, even the keyboard is not responsive. Or, more commonly, the monitors just go black while everything is working. Event Viewer reveals windows desktop window manager `dwm` crashed. In this scenario I can still voice chat with my friends in discord and everything else seems to work (including the game (except I can't see anything). At first I thought it might have been because I have two monitors and one of them has a different frame rate, but even with the other monitor disconnected I get this.

I have also tried a bunch of different permutations for the settings, nothing seems to help.

Of course this only happens with Deadlock. Absolutely nothing else does this. The thing that makes it very frustrating is that it's very very random.
I would have liked to attach dump files but I can't find any.

They fixed if for abot 2-3 weeks everything was ok, i think they broke something in one of the last patches. Just wait. Thats 100% game coz from patch to patch game is either not freezing either freezing. Dont try to find problem with your PC. He's a good boy.

You're getting Access Violations from CPU threads trying to read/write to memory they don't have access to (from what your mdumps say), it's a sign of either poorly written multithreaded code or system instability

I was getting the exact same issue a week ago (13900K here). It's because of the intel instability/degredation plagueing the 13th gen CPUs - this will just start and continue happening. It did seem to correllate to an update to the game - perhaps something intensive runs that causes the voltage spike and the subsequent crash.

Updating my BIOS made it worse, from 1 crash every few games to 4 crashes per game.
The only way I fixed it was downclocking my CPU from 5.2GHz to 5.0GHz and the game has been stable since at the cost of some performance, of course. I used 'Intel Extreme Tuning Utility' which makes it easy to set your desired processor frequency, so you can nudge it down until you stop crashing. It's an unfortunate situation! If it does turn out to be an issue with the game that's acknowledged as a fix, then you can always bump up the clock speed again.

Hope that helps. Nothing else on the internet worked for me
